Raj told me he creates limited edition pieces with his team of artisans. I was thrilled when he invited me to visit their workshop—a bright, open space where three friends, two of them brothers, work side by side. One told me proudly that his father and grandfather were jewelers before him.
They design each piece together, sitting around one table, deciding what looks and feels right. Watching them hand-stamp silver with such precision and speed was mesmerizing.
Raj takes great care of his team, paying them fairly and sharing their vision.
